Professional Biography
Kevin is an Associate at Lex Pacifica. Before joining Lex Pacifica, Kevin practiced and articled at a boutique litigation firm in downtown Vancouver dealing primarily with general civil litigation, family law, sports law, and refugee protection matters. During his articles he completed extended secondments in criminal and administrative law at two downtown criminal law boutiques. Kevin has appeared as counsel in the BC Supreme Court and BC Provincial Court. Kevin has successfully negotiated out-of-court settlements, represented clients in mediated and arbitrated disputes, and he takes pride in finding practical solutions to difficult legal issues.
