Professional Biography

Kaikai joined Lex Pacifica as an Associate after practicing as a civil litigator for three years. Kaikai has appeared as counsel in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court of British Columbia, and various Administrative Tribunals including the Canadian Human Rights Commission and the Residential Tenancy Tribunal.

Kaikai obtained his Juris Doctor in 2019 from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. During law school, Kaikai served as the Internal Relations Director of the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, where he advocated for low-income individuals in various legal matters. Kaikai is fluent in mandarin.
