Professional Biography
Andrea is a commercial and civil litigator whose practice includes builders’ liens and construction matters, debt relief and creditors’ remedies, and complex contractual disputes. She works with clients to understand their circumstances, assess their options, and develop practical, cost-effective strategies. She emphasizes clear, timely communication in plain language.
Andrea holds civil and common law degrees from the University of Ottawa and the University of New Brunswick. She has appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and has assisted on matters at the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Appeal.
